De Werf is a daytime activity form within a residential area. We offer a nice workplace for people with intellectual disabilities. Our special and beautiful clients are people with mental and/or physical disabilities and additional problems such as autism and related disorders, non-congenital brain injury (NAH), dementia, auditory and visual impairment.

There are many possibilities within the Werf, from creative to bakery, from industrial to sporty, from quiet to active and so much more. We pick up our clients on foot or by van, and you can also help with this if this is appropriate.

Volunteer:

We are looking for volunteers who can identify with our values, who have an affinity with our target group and who enjoy doing activities with our clients, in which you have the space to let your own talent speak. Characteristics that we find important are radiating calm, being social, enterprising and patient. There are plenty of options to find a suitable day or part of the day for you, we look together what makes you happy, everything is negotiable. We have been used to working with volunteers for years and can no longer imagine being able to do it without you. We are an enthusiastic team and are open to ideas. Collaboration is our priority!
