Telephone helplines
Now that many people are forced to stay indoors, loneliness, psychological and relational problems are lurking. There are several telephone helplines where you can tell your story or get advice:
The Listening Line:
Would you like to talk? The Listen Line is available for a listening ear or a good conversation. You can call them day and night for an anonymous and confidential conversation on national number 0900-0767 or local 073-6140048. You can also chat or email. Check out the website: www.de Luisterlijn.nl
The Children's Telephone:
Especially for children there is the Kindertelefoon: 0800-0432.

Wegwijs+ (municipality of Vught):
Do you or does someone in your area need advice or support from Wegwijs+? For example, if it is no longer possible to do the household or if there are financial concerns? Do you have parenting questions or are carers at risk of becoming overloaded? Contact Wegwijs+. Don't wait too long with that. The earlier you come, the better and faster we can advise or help you.

SORES SERVICE
We often see that people are in a hopeless situation and think that they will never get out of it. It doesn't have to be! Dare to ask for help from the Soresdienst if you don't feel like it anymore. You can reach us every working day between 10:00 and 12:00 via the telephone consultation hour of MAX Ombudsman: 035-6775511. We also have a confidential counselor at the BSV ready to assist you if you need help, a conversation or just have a question or complaint. We offer a listening ear in the person of; Miny Reefman and she can be reached on the mobile number; 06-53 17 19 78.
Corona helpline for people with disabilities and their loved ones:
Do you not understand the information about corona properly? Are you in a difficult situation because of corona? Is something going wrong with the care or support you receive? Are you not doing well at home? Are you afraid? Do you want to share your concerns? Then call MEE. MEE client supporters listen to you. Help you better understand information. Give explanation. Think along with you. Point you to the right place. Or look for a solution together with you. Call MEE from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is free. Phone 088-4653555
Belbuddies of the Buddyhulp Foundation:
The Belbuddies of the Buddyhulp foundation offer a listening ear. Anyone who can use this can contact info@buddyhulp.nl or call 06-27068744.
When do you qualify?
Have you just come out of a difficult period? Do you live independently and are you sick or lonely? Do you need help, support or companionship? A buddy helps. A buddy offers a listening ear and is open to a good conversation. He or she offers you emotional support. By talking, exchanging ideas, assisting and guiding you in your process. Understanding and patience are the keywords.
Red Cross Helpline:
Do you need a listening ear, advice or extra help because you are in quarantine or home isolation? Then you can contact the Red Cross Helpline 070-4455888. This number is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on weekends from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
KBO-PCOB (largest senior organization in the Netherlands)
KBO-PCOB has a special Elderly Infoline for questions or “just” a chat: 030-3400600. Available from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Silver line of the National Fund for the Elderly:
The Zilverlijn is a special calling service for the elderly. Participants are called every week on a fixed part of the day by one of our trained volunteers. Volunteers offer a listening ear, a friendly chat or a good conversation. Exactly what is needed. Corona Helpdesk Status holders:
A corona helpdesk for status holders has been started. Trained volunteers speak to people from home in Arabic or Tigrinya. The aim of the helpdesk is to better inform newcomers and to protect them against the corona virus.
The Corona Helpdesk Status Holders can be reached on working days from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on 085-5808800.
ANBO telephone line:
In connection with the coronavirus, ANBO has had a special telephone line since March 11 for the elderly who have a question about the coronavirus or would like to have a chat because they are alone a lot. Fortunately, due to the relaxation of the corona measures, people are less confined to their homes. However, we remain open for questions and a chat.
You can call on working days between 09:00 and 17:00 on telephone number 0348-466666. Our colleagues are ready for you!
Informal care line:
Do you care for someone else and do you have questions? Would you like advice about your personal situation? Or do you need a listening ear? Call the Informal Care Line: 030 - 760 60 55. Available on workdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Or ask your question via WhatsApp: 030-760 60 55.
MIND-Correlation:
MIND-Kor Relatie offers anonymous and professional psychological and psychosocial help. They listen, advise and, if necessary, refer to appropriate help.

The Corona telephone has been open again since Monday 19 October, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9 and 12 o'clock. Call the Cello Corona telephone if you have any questions.

At the Cello Corona telephone people are ready for you: for clients and their family / loved ones, volunteers and employees. Don't keep walking with fear and worry. Talk about it!
Now that the number of corona infections and measures is increasing, we notice that there is a greater need for a place where you can tell your story. You can reach the Corona telephone via 085 - 808 20 71.
Would you like to talk to an experienced expert? That is someone with a disability who lives or works at Cello. Call the Cello Corona telephone and tell them that you would like to talk to an experienced expert. You will then be called back as soon as possible.
Would you like to talk about how you feel, are you worried or are you not feeling well? Send an email to Cello's chaplains at mental care@cello-zorg.nl .
If the person living with Cello (yourself or your son/daughter/family member) has health problems, discuss these with their own GP and with the supervisor of the home.
